When this scheme is adopted, the pipe network pressure is taken as the control object, the pressure transmitter YB converts the pressure P of the air storage tank into an electrical signal and sends it to the PID intelligent regulator, compares it with the pressure set value P0, and performs calculation according to the difference value according to the established PID control mode, generates a control signal and sends it to the intelligent power saving protection system, and controls the output power of the motor through the system, so that the actual pressure P is always close to the set pressure P0.
The selection of the compressor directly affects the normal work of the air-jet loom, and also affects the quality of the textile products. Therefore, the selection of the compressor is very important. According to the requirements of air jet loom for compressed air and the analysis of the characteristics and exhaust quality of piston air compressor, screw air compressor and centrifugal air compressor, the air compressor supporting air jet loom is generally recommended to use oil-free screw air compressor or centrifugal air compressor.
If the air compressor leaks oil, pay attention to the oil seal part and check whether the oil seal is cracked or the inner lip is cracked or flanged. In case of one of the above conditions, it shall be replaced; check whether there are scratches and defects on the joint surface of oil seal and main shaft, and replace those with scratches and defects.
